OCBC NISP (formerly known as Bank NISP) is the fourth oldest bank in Indonesia,
which was established on April 4, 1941 in London under the name of NV
Nederlandsch Indische Spaar En Deposit Bank. Bank OCBC NISP later developed
into a solid and reliable bank, primarily serving the segment of small and
medium enterprises (SMEs). Bank OCBC NISP officially became a commercial bank
in 1967, foreign exchange bank in 1990 and became a public company in Indonesia
Stock Exchange in 1994. Bank OCBC NISP reputation both in the industry and its
growth promises, has attracted the attention of the International Finance
Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group , which later became a
shareholder in the year 2001 to 2010 and from OCBC Bank-Singapore who later
became a shareholder Bank OCBC NISP and eventually became the controlling
shareholder through a series of acquisitions and tender offers since 2004.
Consumer Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree of Law
- Experience minimum 2 years as Legal Officer
- Preferred experience as Legal in bank and products KPR and understand KPM
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes document debitor candidate and documents assurance
- Credit/financing arrangements and completeness of other documents needed for credit/financing contract.
- Organize and carry out credit/financing contract.
