Legal Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Legal Staff responsible for providing Legal support to Exchange to enable it function efficiently and be responsive to the organizational needs.
• To handle property transactions from the initial client contact through to completion
• Find an appropriate solution for prospective property clients. Draft contracts for freehold and leasehold sales
• Draft paperwork to deal with any anomalies arising during deeds of grant transactions.

General Requirements:

• Age 25-35 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Legal, preferably graduated from a reputable University.
• Qualifying as an Advocate
• Minimum GPA 3,00
• Has proven minimum 1 - 2 years working experience as Legal Staff in Property Business.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Excellent Computer skills (Ms Excel, Word, Outlook Express).
• Excellent Communication skill in English, both oral and written is advantage.
• Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team.
• Highly Motivated with spirit to learn new things
• Good problem solving, analytical and Leadership skill.
