Legal & Acquisition

Responsibilities:

• This individual will be responsible for land acquisition efforts over multiple project locations. This position will manages several land acquisition officer who work locally to secure land rights, leading negotiations for land rights, evaluating contract changes with the legal team, managing contact records in a custom database, keeping land acquisition efforts on time and on budget.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senen, Jakarta Pusat.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Will be based in Jakarta.
