Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Physically healthy, minimum age 25 years old
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University with minimum GPA is 3,00/4.
- Good in English, both verbal and writting (It’s a must)
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field
- Having positive attitude, interpersonal & communication skill, negotiating, coordinating and networking
Responsibilities:
- To represent the company in dealing with legal cases and responsible for providing suggestions, opinions for the purpose of legal protection of the company and company activities
- To collect, store and maintain company’s legal documents
- To draw up and review all company agreements and contract with company’s counterpart or third party
- To ensure the effective management of legal and contractual risks
- To perform legal research in accordance with company request
