Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Legal officer is responsible to perform review and control daily operations activities related to third party Corporate Agreement or Contract Review, Drafting and also giving Legal Advice; in order to ensure all the terms are protects and are benefit to the company.
- Drafting contracts keeping the benefit of the company in mind.
- Provide Corporate Secretarial Support.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): skilled in legal writing, preferably having advocate license from Peradi, fluent in English (both oral and writing), good knowledge of office practices, working knowledge of legal terminology, knowledge of legal research procedures.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
