Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old with hold minimum bachelor degree from Law
- Understanding the government regulations / policy relating to financial institutions (OJK, BAPEPAM, etc).
- Computer literate (MS. Word, Excel, etc)
- Have good communication & negotiation skills in English (oral & written)
- Should have at least 2 years experience in the same position, especially in Banking/ Finance Industry
- Have knowledge in Mining / Oil & Gas / Construction, Forestry /Agriculture will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- To drafting, review contract / MOU with external parties
- To analyzing corporate Legal action
- To build relation with notary and other financial institutions
