Corporate Service Legal Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to day-to-day activity of the legal corporate services and compliance division for corporate report preparation and fillings, policy implementation, compliance initiatives and other corporate action and transaction
• General corporate: assist and support in the day-to-day activity for legal matters which are under the responsibility of the legal corporate services & compliance division
• Regulatory: establish and implement compliance check-lists to be used for the purpose of ensuring and monitoring regulatory obligations of the company. Establish good relationship with government officials.
• Compliance: establish, implement and perform legal due diligence on all company’s partners (suppliers, distributors, etc) before entering into any agreement with the company, and liaise with other related departments to maintain the validity and accuracy of information related to all company’s partners

Requirements:

• Education minimum bachelor of laws (or its equivalent)
• Good analytical skills, logical thinker, problem solving ability
• Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
• Fluency in English and computer proficient
• 3-5 years legal working experience ideally in regulated industry.
• Knowledge of corporate law, telecommunication law and capital market law
• Ability to provide legal advice and drafting contracts in English
