PT Marga Harjaya Infrastructure is one subsidiary of the Astra Group, which is engaged in the business of infrastructure (Mojokerto Kertosono toll road projects) Section 1 that has been operating along the SS Jombang-SS Airport in 2014, and will operate sections 2, 3 and 4 in & 2015. The head office will be located in Jombang, JawaTimur.

Legal Staff

Responsibilities:

• Create a product of the BOD and BOC (example: Board of Directors ' Decision Letter, letter of approval of the Board of Commissioners, power of Attorney, etc.)
• Drafting Agreements and Addendum to all types of jobs are there in PT Marga Harjaya Infrastructure
• Reviewing legal documents from third parties
• Prepare BOD Meeting BOC Meeting, and GMS, ranging from preparation to make the news highlights
• Provide advice to other departments and support with the basics of the law required (according to the case)

Requirements:

• Minimal education Bachelor of law
• Maximum age 27 years old
• Have knowledge of the law and the legislation in force in Indonesia
• Have knowledge about the procedures of making letters of agreement
• Experience at least 1-2 years in the same field
• Have interpersonal skills and excellent communication to relate to the internal, external and partner work
• Have high integrity and professionalism
• English Language speaks well
• DOMICILE or willing to be placed in Mojokerto/Jombang
