Bursa Komoditi dan Derivatif Indonesia (BKDI) is the Internationally known commodity and derivatives based exchange in Indonesia. Indonesia is the largest producer in the world for many prime commodity products in the soft agricultural, metal and energy sectors. Based on that fact, the demand for Indonesia to be the pricing benchmark of these commodities has elevated. “Trade @ the Source”, a sentence that is best suited for trading in commodity-producing countries in the world. Our members consists of Broker, Trader and Foreign Traders.

Legal Staff

Requirements:

• Male or Female, 22 – 28 years old.
• Bachelor Degree majoring in law.
• Experience in same field minimum 2 years / Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Experience in Futures Industry minimum 1 year.
• Good understanding about regulations in commodity futures trading.
• Good analytical thinking, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure,
• Fluent in English verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting regulations that required by ICDX and ISI.
• Make agreements relating to ICDX and ISI (agreement with the Member, Banking and others);
• Making a reprimand letter to a Member of ICDX and ISI allegedly breaking the rules in the field of PBK
• Making a Circular Letter or Notice to all Members and ISI ICDX associated with activities in the field of PBK;
• Draft all letters dealing with the activities ICDX and ISI;
• Updates all laws, treaties, correspondence, decree, circular related with the ICDX and ISI activities.
