Legal Specialist For
Commercial Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality legal advice and works, ensure strong protection of the interests of the Company with respect to:
- Agreements entered into by the Company and
- Matters in which the Company may be involved
- Assist commercial departments to maintain the current contracts involving commercial departments, to draft, and review agreements requested by commercial departments, especially those located in the regions.
- Familiarize her/himself with existing commercial products and programs, and also with the company and group policies. Ensure compliance with policies and socialization of policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Law degree with 2-5 years experiences in telecom industries or regulated industry
- Legal drafting skills, knowledgeable in commercial distribution process
- Communication skills, methodology, ability to work in an international environment

- Fluent in English and computer proficient
