Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Create and review a letter job agreement, the MOU and the legality of the other.
- Create and analyze the agreement/agreement/contract cooperation corporate.
- Carry out the process of licensing, reporting to the Court or Disnaker.
- Give advice or a legal opinion where necessary, including against the problems of employment.
- Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or contract.
Requirements:
- Maximum age is 26 years
- Bachelor of law with a minimum GPA of 2.75
- Master Law Labor/Industrial Relations
- Experience in the field for at least 3 years
- Mastering the language of English active/passive
