Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
- Manage document legality and all administration/bureaucracy permitting companies with monitoring validitasnya
- Perform clerical duties generally include, but are not limited to photocopy, fax, correspondence and filing documents
- Ensure compliance with licensing companies against legislation in Indonesia
Requirements:
- At least S-1 of the law
- Minimum of 2 years experience in their field
- Understand correspondence
- Understand the standard operation procedures
- Understand the basics of contract
- Have a understand related employment law
- Have an understanding of business law
- Being of good character, disciplined, well-mannered, polite, friendly, conscientious, honest, resilient and capable of collaborating in team
- Have the capability negotiation
