Legal Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Drafting & reviewing contracts, agreement and other legal documents. Provide legal advice and opinion on legal matters to minimize exposure to liabilities and disputes. Prepare legal and corporate documents for routine legal works

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Min. 3 years relevant experience with law firm and/ or involving corporate advisory
• Good command of English (verbal and written)
• Good command of computer skills (Excel, word, outlook)
• Have PERADI certifications is an advantage
• Have knowledge or experience in Hak merek, cipta and paten
