Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Capable of performing legal drafting.
- Negotiate with customers.
- Act as internal legal counsel for all departments & management company.
- Monitor and update the legal documents, rules and regulations related to the company's business.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years
- At least law degree with minimum GPA 2.75
- Preferred graduates from leading universities
- Fresh Graduate please apply
- Have the experience in Retail Mall/Company constituting added value
- Have experience in litigation process
- Understand documents such as the land LAW, AJB, PPJB
- Speak English oral or writing
- Thorough, honest, and accountable
- Hard-working and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and targets.
