Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with third party including mediation and negotiation process
- Monitoring and follow up shipment closely with local and overseas Agent and Vendors
- Monitoring and follow up shipment closely with local and overseas Agent and Vendors
Requirements:
- Max 30 Years old
- Bachelor degree in Law from reputable University
- 1 year experience in Corporate Law and EXIM (Expor Import)
- Good knowledge in UU No 13 & legal drafting
- Good knowledge of communication law such as company law, contract law, international trade law
- Understand EXIM Procedure
- Familiar with the document of Export-Import Declaration
- Computer literacy is a must Excellent English language skills oral and written
- Able to join immediately
