- Bachelor degree in Law / Human Resources Management with min GPA 3,00
- Have experience as a HRD Generalist at least 1 (one) year
- Have knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial
- Good analytical and communication skill
- Strong motivation and able to work under pressure
