Litigation
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve any existence of a dispute (the dispute) which derives from internal company or from third parties (customers and non customers) in all courts involving the company as well as personalianya, as well as give input handling legal dispute policy (dispute).
- Provides advice/opinions of legal over the existence of the legal issues that arise in the daily activities of the company as well as HR undertakings, in particular with regard to the existence of a dispute (the dispute).
Requirements:
- Education Bachelor of law with minimum GPA 2.75
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of civil law, in particular in the case of banking
- Can do the work independently and with minimal supervision
- Preferably have experience in Law Firm
