Our products is automotive chassis parts (front axle, epipodium, sub-frame, etc.), stamping and welding parts (front and rear beam, etc.). Liuzhou Wuling Motors Co.,Ltd was established in 1958 at Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province and on November 18th,2002 with SAIC Motor Co.,Ltd and General Motors established SGMW. Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the preparation and improvement of the company management system, responsible for the company’s business department signed the contract and the important legal documents, and propose amendments.
• Directly involved in the company’s major projects, to provide legal support for the legitimacy and feasibility of the project, responsible for the drafting of legal documents and legal affairs

Requirement:

• Candidate must be possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent from reputable University.
• Required skill(s): Comprehensive legal knowledge, business management knowledge, simple financial knowledge and knowledge of automobile manufacturing, familiar with the local laws and regulations, Indonesia Investment Company Law, labor law and regulations, good analytical thinking and communication, have strong organization and coordination ability, report ability and fast learning ability, able to use office software.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin language (preferable)
• Applicant must be willing to work in Cikarang
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Fresh University graduates or candidates with 1 years of law experience are welcomed to apply.
