The concentration of our provided services to companies and new Japan will stand, as well as those already in operation. We are looking for the best candidates to fill the position of:

Legal Assistance

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance permits associated with the establishment of a Company or representative office such as: Domicile, SIUP/IUT, TDP, NPWP, BKPM permits, company deed of establishment, etc
• Provide complete information based on the rules that apply to the clients, related to the corporation legal issues in Indonesia, if necessary
• Perform the maintenance work permits for foreigners

Requirements:

• Age maximum 40 years old
• Graduated from Bachelor Degree of Law (Management or Business Law/Private Law)
• Computer literate (min. MS Office, internet, Power Point)
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same field (preferred Legal field)

General Requirements:

• Able to work as a team or individual and under pressure
• Understand about Corporate/Business Law and the legal proceedings of a company establishment in Indonesia
• Have experience in obtaining permits such as BKPM, KITAS, Expats permits, Company domicile, IUT/SIUP, NPWP, etc.
