Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Compliance with the law and regulation
- Monitor implementation of legal procedure, corporate licences and drafting legal agreement
- Reviewing all contracts, any forms of commercial agreement or any other documentation
- Represent the company to Clients, Suppliers, Competitors and government agencies
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- At least 4 years of working experiences in the related field
- Preferable has experiences in oil & gas industry
- Having good knowledge and experience in reviewing commercial contract / agreement, legal corporate
- Good analytic skill, administration & attention to detail, communication
