Alfamidi’s
concept has been created to adjust to the change in consumers’ shopping pattern
from monthly to weekly shopping at the nearest stores. Alfamidi has been
developed on the concept of mini supermarket having sales area width of 200 to
400 square meters. Alfamidi is unique compared to other similar stores since
Alfamidi offers fresh food products, processed meat and frozen foods as needed
by the communities. In 2009, the Company developed a kind of store named
Alfaexpress. Alfaexpress was introduced as a store concept that offers
ready-to-serve foods and drinks. In 2011, to improve Alfaexpress’ store
concept, the Company signed a Master License Agreement (MLA) with Lawson Inc.,
Legal Support
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the preparation of drafts and reviews contracts and cooperation agreements running effectively and efficiently with the following documentation of the entire legal documents in the company arranged systematically, accurately and orderly administration, making it easy to access. Recommend update legal materials and licensing companies, if there is a change of rnew regulations with respect to the businesses that are run with fixed refers to the terms and conditions of the company in General.
Requirements:
- Maximum age 27 years
- The Last Law-Undergraduate Education
- 1 year of work experience as a Legal
- Able to operate a computer (Ms Office.)
- Has the English language skills (at least Passive)
- Mastering Law Alliance (third book), Agrarian Law and business law
