Human Resources Officer

Requirements:

• S-1 minimum education with specialization faculties majoring in psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, of the reputable Universities and/or accredited with.
• Experience working as a HR Officer at least 4 years (mandatory), and understand about Human Resources & People Development.
• Understand the process of the Recruitment cycle understanding &, Training Analysis, Design Key Performance Indicator, the Reward Scheme & Punishmen, and HR Strategic and Policy.
• Understand the process of management of documents and permitting to OJK (Financial Services Authority).
• Give suggestions, proposals and input to the Department related to the human development strategy at the company.
