Legal
Responsibilities:
- Handle and administer legal and contract administration
- Litigating, Legal drafting and reviewing consist of legal opinion, and any legal documents which had any relation with the company
- Give legal opinion to Management about legal aspect of company business
- Updated certification, licenses and permit
Requirements:
- Female, max. 28 years old
- A Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3
- At least 2 years working experience in the same field
- Familiar with corporate legal activities; understanding in all relevant law and regulations
- Have a good interpersonal relationship, analytical, problem solving, have a high commitment to safety, business ethic and good corporate governance
- Having good communication in English both written and oral is more preferable
- Able to operate computer Microsoft Office and internet
- Good personality, independent and honest
