Responsibilities:
- Responsible about welfare programs of employees (including employees of cooperatives)
- Responsible for the implementation of company regulations, agreements, standard pratice, and the legal law.
- Maintan good relations with the manpower and transmigration, SPSI branch managers, SPSI regional board APINDO
Requirements:
- Education : Bachelor degree (S1) in Law
- Age : Min. 24 years old
- Experience : 1 – 2 years experience
- Special requirement :
- Have strong leadership
- Have good communication
- Good in analitical and problem solving
