Legal Executive
Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years
- Look Interesting
- Minimal education Bachelor of law
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- MANDARIN CHINES language proficiency & English, either orally or in writing
- Friendly, energetic, creative, diligent
- High integrity
- Domiciled in Jakarta Barat, North Jakarta, Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities:
- Support and manage corporate documents specifically related to the agreement or legal contract.
- Reviewing the legal contract, partnership agreements and other legal documents related to the project company in which it is placed.
- Create a letter of demand, supply and price negotiation
- Perform clerical duties generally include, but are not limited to photocopy, fax, correspondence and filing documents.
