PT Permodalan Madani (Persero) was established in Jakarta based TAP XVI / MPR /
1998, the IMF Letter of Intent On March 16, 1999, PP No. 38/99 dated May 25,
1999 and Notary Act No. 1 dated June 1 , 1999 were approved by the Minister of
Justice of the Republic of Indonesia No. 11.609.HT.01.01.TH C-99 dated 23 June 1999
The main task of the National PT Permodalan Madani (Persero) is to provide
financing solutions to Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (MSME)
with existing capabilities based on business feasibility as well as the
principles of market economy. For those who are interested and want a career

Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Juridical analysis.
- Dealing with a credit agreement.
- The rescue credit is problematic.
- Take care of the licensing company.
- Fostering good relations with the notary, Court, and lands.
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Education Bachelor of law with a minimum GPA of at least 2.75.
- Precedence has a good relationship with the notary, Court, land Agency.
- Willing To Make The Trip.
- Master p. Office (Word, Excel, etc).
- Has the initiative, independent, analytical power and the power of good integrity.
- Happy and able to work with things detail and routine
