Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Reading and understanding various company contracts and deals and deciphering the legal jargon
- Oversee all the legal implications of new projects
- May have to train other staff in company law procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law followed by certification, Internship under senior lawyers is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge about all matters of law related to the field of work, which can range from corporate companies to non government organizations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision making skills
- Good investigation capabilities and analytical and observation skills
