Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the recruitment process, which involves writing job descriptions, job posting, preparing job application forms, conducting interview process and selecting candidates
- Creating, implementing and disseminating policies and rules, ensuring that every staff understands company’s policies and rules and more importantly, increasing the overall morale of the team
- Manages all General Affairs of the company, ensuring that all General Affairs are handled in the most appropriate manner.
Requirements:
- Aged 22-30 years old
- At least 1-2 years of experience as Human Resources Officer
- Bi-lingual in English and Indonesian - with excellent oral and written skills
- literate able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Great personality, outgoing and solutions-oriented
- Driven, has a high sense of leadership
- Curiosity & willingness to challenge company culture where necessary
