Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree majoring in, Law/ Psychology / HR Management
• At least 2 years experience in the same position
• Good knowledge in labour law and personnel administration
• Good knowledge in selection and recruitment process, training need analysis, training process and training evaluation
• Good knowledge in competency based HRM, performance appraisal based on competency, industrial relationship, HR administration and policies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
