- Maximum age is 26 years
- Undergraduate education of all majors, preferred graduates from renowned College with a GPA of at least a 4 on a scale of 3.00
- Have an interest in the field of Marketing/Collection/Operation
- Willing to follow education for 9 months in Jakarta (during education gets pocket money; The cost of transportation between the city and accommodation for participants outside Jakarta will be borne by the company)
- Willing to be placed in locations all over the territory of Indonesia
- Following the mandatory bond for 2 years, after graduating from education
- Able to work individually as well as the team, multi tasking, communicative, able to work under pressure, and the desire to develop themselves.
