Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up Lease Agreement, Addendum to Lease Agreement and Assignment Agreement
- Prepare legal document (deed, domicile/reference letter) or permit letter for intern or extern
- Prepare report regarding the status of Lease Agreement (every week), cooperation agreement and other agreement
Requirements:
- Maximum 25 years of age
- Candidate must process a Bachelor’s Degree of Law from reputable university
- Understanding the law firm and able to make draft agreement (contract)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Words & Excel)
- Fluent in English both oral & writing
