Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Review all contracts or any other documentation where The Company has committed itself and assess legal implication that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention
- Negotiate, review, and draft documentation for business transaction and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for every department for Legal Manager
Requirement:
- Undergraduate or Graduate from Law’s degree in Business Law
- At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in Legal Department or professional in lawfirm
- Have good administrative skill
- Ability to detail and also communicate align the job
- Willing located at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
