Senior Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law from a reputable university
- Having min. 5 years working experiences in the legal field, preferably understanding the investment law and intellectual property rights
- Having solid knowledge, spesifically in investment and business law
- Good understanding and comprehension on law subjects such as: corporate law, including regulations and documents preparation, litigation, due diligent, and contract negotiation
- Strong exposure in drafting & reviewing contract/agreement especially contract or agreement in English
- Notary background is an advantage
- Fast learner, independent, result oriented, discipline, good attention to details, organized, self-initiative
