Senior Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experiences in a manufacturing or trading company
- Have a good knowledge in government licensing bureaucracy procedure
- Preferably senior officer specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
- Able to work at back office and field
- Full-Time position(s) available
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the compliance and renewals of all the licenses, contracts, agreements and permits of the company such as BPOM, P-IRT, SIUP, TDP, NPWP, HKI, SNI etc.
- Update any regulations related to business activities (include HR regulation such as P2K3, SMK3, and etc) to ensure those activities are implemented as related regulation.
- Monitor expiry date for relevant legal document.
