PT Graha Informatika Nusantara (GRATIKA) was established in 1986, based on the three big STATE-OWNED companies in Indonesia, namely PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM), PT Indosat and PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia through PT Telkom’s pension fund Foundation (YDPT), PT Indosat Employees Cooperative (KOPINDOSAT) and the Foundation for the welfare of employees (YKK) Jasindo. In the process, on 18 March 1998, all shares owned by the GRATIKA Foundation for the welfare of Employees Jasindo turn to one of the national private companies engaged in the field of telecommunications, namely PT. Aneka Spring Telekomindo (ASTEL). Furthermore in 2003, all shares of the cooperative Employees PT. Indosat also switched to YDPT and PT. ASTEL.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate/Bachelor degree of Law
• Female, max 28 years
• Master the Legal drafting (MCC, MOU, Amendments)
• Master of Business Law (public), business telecommunications (Special).
• Have the ability to read the contract, bilingual (English-language).
• English-speaking, thorough, accurate, creative, nimble, able to work alone as well as a team, hard worker, could target achievement-oriented work.
• Have the ability of Administration (reports, databases, MS Office).
• Communication skill and negotiation.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field in the Company Information technology or telecommunications.
