Legal Officer (SUN Plaza)
Responsibilities:
- Make sure the agreement made at the signature & before the opening, the license/permit obtained & extended in a timely manner and ensure that only an authorized person can sign legal documents to represent the company
- Provide data related to legal and lucrative agreement required at any time
- Ensure good archive storage for all the legal documents from the mall.
Requirements:
- Minimal Education Bachelor of law
- Maximum Age 35 years Experienced in the field of Legal minimum 1 year
- Had worked in the notary office and shopping malls/building a value-added
- Good knowledge about the laws and regulations of Indonesia
- Understand the legal issues that relate to contract/agreement
- Able to communicate with both orally and written
- Able to operate the computer with a good (at least MS Office)
- Willing in place at SUN Plaza
