1998. In accordance with the articles of Association of the company, goals and
purpose of the company is trying in the fields of business and management
consulting services. In developing its investments, the company invested in
shares in PT Batavia Prosperindo Securities ("BPS") in 1999 as child
entities of the company. BPS move in the field of brokerage and underwriting
services. In the same year, the company also has acquired PT Batavia
Prosperindo Asset Management, formerly known as PT Bira Asset Management
("BPAM"). BPAM is engaged in the field of venture investment manager.
Corporate Legal
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring company comply with all regulations and licenses
- Review and update to new regulations and licenses that may affect to the Group Companies either directly or indirectly
- Liase with Notary, Government Institution, Legal Counsel and other parties related to legal matters
- Deliver reports required by regulations and licenses for Group Companies as required
- Perform administration and filling of legal and related
Requirement:
- Female
- Domiciled in Jakarta
- Maximum Age 35 years old
- Graduated from Bachelor Degree (S1) in Indonesian Law majoring in Business Law
- Preferable have experiences working the same field in the holding company
- Willing to work hard, energic and good team player
