Officer
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the compliances to any prevailing internal and external regulations, eps related to capital market
- Develop policies and procedures of main tasks compliance function unit
- Preventive disclosure confidential data by employee
- Provide assistance and / or training to employees in order to meet compliance function
- Prepare report and do report to group of compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Fresh graduate or have experiences between 1 – 2 years as Compliance or Legal Staff
- Good English proficiency
- Self starter, organized & communicative
- Mature & independent
- Fast learner and multiple tasker
