Legal & Arsip
Responsibilities:
- Bridging the subject company for example: legalization agreement, such as legal drafting (the making of the deed of Covenant), legal opinion (made legal opinion) and legal review.
- The licensing process (extension of TDP, NPWP etc.).
- Reviewing proposals for the creation of or changes to SOPS and archive them.
- Control of conditions or new regulations (new ACT related business company)
- Responsible for maintaining and distributing the documents of legality.
- Create and archive the entire agreement the company (such as the employee's contractual agreements, rent agreements etc.).
Requirements:
- Education Bachelor Of Law.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- Minimum 1 year experience in their field.
- Get used relate to the notary and the licensing Arrangements.
- Master of laws (Labourculture and industrial relations).
- Good personality and proactive in dealing with the problem.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Placement in Bogor
