Legal Officer
Requirements:
- Female (good looking), maximum age 27 years
- Education Bachelor degree of Law
- Min. 3 years experience
- Understand the corporate law
- Have ability of communication and it can be argued with good
- Experienced handling licensing, legal drafting, Review of the Agreement, legal opinion, International Relationship and document management, the legality of the company
- Resolute, honest, disciplined and responsible
- Willing to place at the Head Office: Iskandarsyah Raya – Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities:
- Take care of all the documents, permissions, as well as legal issues that occur in the company.
- Registration of patents, permitting BPOM
- Bridging the subject corporate action such as legalization of agreements with third parties. Includes legal drafting (the making of the deed of Covenant), legal opinion (made legal opinion) and legal review.
