Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Take care of all the documents, permitting as well as problems occurred at the company
- Take care and handles documents relating to legal or contractual cooperation
- Reviewing legal documents related to the project company
- Providing legal opinions when needed
- create a draft legal company
- Conducting correspondence (correspondence law)
Requirements:
- Maximum age 37 years
- The last Bachelor degree of law education
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a corporate legal
- Preferred language English
- Accustomed to working on Legal documents
- Communication smoothly and can negotiate
- Willing to be mobile
