Abdullah Ashal, SH, Notary in Jakarta. Today, Limited Liabilities owned and
industrial area of 169,76 Ha named Millennium Industrial Estate which located
at Tangerang District The
development of the Limited Liabilities Company is started with licensing
arrangement, land acquisition, land maturation, and infrastructure development
in its industrial area, since the founding until 2003. The activities of
marketing and selling of ware houses and lots started in 2004. Until May 2009,
the Limited Liabilities has sold 33,5 Ha area of land which consist of 11
tenants for lot and 9 tenant for ware house.

- Minimum 1 year experience (primarily concerned with property)
- Master Ms Office and internet.
- Can make draft-a draft agreement, understand the law of treaties and the administration of the filing documents

- Understand correspondence
- Understand the standard operation procedures
- Understand the basics of contractual cooperation
- Target oriented, have good communication skills, able to establish rapport and supel well with various parties
