Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review all legal contracts related to company’s business
- Able to do legal drafting
- Legal contract negotiation with customers
- Act as an internal legal advisor to all departments & company’s management
- Monitor & up date company legal documentation, rule and regulation related to company’s business
Requirements:
- Female, Max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in Law from reputable University with min. GPA 3.0 of 4.0
- 1-3 years working experience in Law Firm or as a Corporate Legal Officer
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Computer literate is essential
- Excellent in communications and interpersonal skills
- Self driven, proactive, fast learner, multi – tasking, and able to work under minimum supervision
- Able to work hard and good work in team
