Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Give explanation to other work units concerning company policies related to Legal Department as well as monitoring against the effectiveness of its implementation
• Did the creation of internal legal policy in accordance with the request of the particular work unit or at the request of the company
• Did the creation of standard legal document companies that are needed by other work units
• Take care of any matters relating to the legality of companies including credit with banks, loans and more
• Carry out the activities of the Administration and archiving top insurance documents and registration as well as the extension of copyright and brand

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree in law from leading universities
• Have experience in handling Corporate Legal for 2-3 years
• Have a knowledge of civil law
• Has experience in the management of the company's assets and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• Can work under pressure
• Have ability of communication and good cooperation
