PT Indo Tirta Abadi is one company in Indonesia which produce PET Preform, Bottles and Closure for packaging the beverage industry. The location of factory is located in Industrial Area Jatake-Tangerang, precisely on Jl. Industry Raya III block AD 18 Jatake - Tangerang. PT. Indo Tirta Abadi has expanded by setting up a new plant located in the area Gempol-Pasuruan. We want to find and invite individuals dedicated and dynamic to join our team and fill the following positions:

HR-Industrial Relations (IR)

Responsibilities:

• Creating a warning letter (SP) to employees who violate company rules in accordance with company regulations.
• Provide guidance to relevant departments when employees make mistakes indiscipline.
• Create reports daily / weekly administration of disciplinary violations, the complaint in cooperation with the heads of departments and administrative departments in controlling the implementation of employee discipline.
• Facilitating the implementation of data completeness of Industrial Relations dispute-handling, non-litigation (demonstrations of workers, layoffs troubled negotiation and mediation) and litigation in the Industrial Relations Court.

Requirements:

• Male, age maximum 35 years
• Experience in similar position minimum 3 years.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
• Minimum education S1 Law
• Familiar with the problem of Industrial Relations and Employee Relations
• Both in communication, negotiation, and leadership
• Able to operate computer min MS Office
• Understanding Quality Policy ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 22000, PAS 223 and HACCP and 5S
