Corporate Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Corporate Legal Senior Manager for corporate legal matters.
- Supporting Sales, Marketing , IT Departments and special transactions/projects.
- Providing legal support in connection with contract drafting, review, and negotiation and certain corporate legal services.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified
Requirements:
- Having Bachelor of Law degree from a reputable university
- Having 3-5 years working experiences as a Legal and/or Compliance in Banks, or multi-finance/financing companies, or insurance companies, or other non-bank financial institutions
- Experience as an attorney in a law firm
- Excellent understanding in regulatory compliance matters, particulalrly with respect to prevailing laws and regulations relevant to non-bank financial institutions
- Excellent English communications and drafting skills (writing and speaking).
