Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience as a legal officer, preferably, in banking or other financial company/institution
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Microsoft office literate and understand corporate correspondence
- Having a good communication and negotiation skill
- Having strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills with ability to work independently
- Willing to travel for investigation purpose and direct problem solving in the field
- Good knowledge in government licensing bureaucracy procedure, legal drafting, legal opinion, and corporate legality documents.
