Paralegal
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Legal due diligence of the required company’s licenses application in the business activity, according to regulations of central government and regional government, in regards to: establishment of new company; change of legal entity and change of or addition of the business activity location
- Coordinating with Project Team Department concerning the required licenses for each location of Navigat Group’s power plant in across of Indonesia
- Manage and weekly report Permits & Licenses report to her Superior
- Preparing KYC (Know Your Customer) and contract or agreement with our Agency or Consultant
Requirements:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fluent in English both written or spoken is a must
- Expertise in permit and license management
- Have a good knowledge in Legal Aspect of Power Plant Industry is an advantage
- Familiar with government regulation, especially electricity sector and company investment
- Familiar with company business license
- Full-Time position(s) available.
