Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to maximize the value of the Company and implementing compliance with regulations, systems and procedures/policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of Bachelor Degree majoring in Law from reputable University; GPA minimum 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, preferable in handling GCG
- Maximum 30 years old before September 1st 2015 with excellent health
- Having good knowledge in general insurance business industry
- Fluent in English (Both Written and Spoken)
- Excellent as a team worker, and in partnership with other organizations
- Fast-learner, Strong Analytical Thinking, and Good Interpersonal Skill
- Excellent with MS Office Application Internet
