Kaltim Industrial Estate (KIE) is located in Bontang, East Borneo. Was
established in August 29, 1990 and the official commercial operation one year
later. As one subsidiary of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur (PKT) with a 99.998%
stake and Yayasan Kesejahteraan Hari Tua (YKHT) 0.002%, KIE is an industrial
area in eastern Indonesia that are ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 in Quality
& Environmental Management System as well as certificates SMK3 (years) in
the field of Health & Safety Management Systems. With an area of 246 ha Integrated
Industrial Estate, currently PT KIE has been the venue for many companies of
National and Multi-National Industry of several countries such as Japan and
Australia, as well as developing a Gas based Industrial & Condensate.
Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Study and analysis of the law related to the activities of the company
- Create documents with external parties agreement companies
- Execute permission management
- Provide proposals/suggestions in writing-related problems that have legal consequences\
- Provide data in the handling of the case of corporate law
Requirements:
- Undergraduate education Strata-business law 1
- Minimum 3.00 GPA scale 4
- Maximum age 27 years per 31 August 2015
- Preferred experience as Legal Staff in the company.
- Minimum TOEFL 450
- The physical and mental healthy
